3. Test method
3.1 appearance
Visual inspection under normal illumination. It shall meet the requirements of 2.1.1 and 2.1.2.
3.2 general measurement shall meet the requirements of 2.2.
3.2.1 tensile strength and nominal strain at break
The sample shall be cut from the palm or back of the glove and determined according to GB / T 1040.3. Type 2 sample shall be used with the width of 10 mm and gauge distance of 50 mm. Test speed (no load) (500 ± 50) mm / min. It shall meet the requirements of 2.3.1.
3.2.2 impermeability
With the cuff upward, inject fresh water at (23 ± 2) ℃ into the glove to (40 ± 5) mm away from the cuff, keep it vertical, and after standing for 3min, observe and wipe the sample surface and heat sealing position with filter paper, and there shall be no crack or leakage. Three samples Were tested. It shall meet the requirements of 2.3.2
3.2.3 fatigue resistance
Put on the gloves, after 30 times of fist clenching (see Note 1) and relaxation (see Note 2), the gloves shall be free from obvious deformation and rupture, and all parts shall be free from leakage. Three samples shall meet the requirements of 3.2.3.
Note 1: when clenching a fist, the fingers should be bent to the palm of the palm to form a fist. No additional force is needed to avoid the damage of fingernails to gloves.
Note 2: when relaxing, open the palm until the five fingers are straight.
